If you’ve been around awhile, you probably know that here at GUIDE Culture, we used to host an In Person Training every single month. In 2020, we pivoted to online only like the rest of the world and then found a perfect path for all students.

Through a lot of trial and error, we found it was best for students to start with our Signature Online 8 Week Training and then have the opportunity to come to a graduate only In Person Training if they wish, as well as have the ability to join our ongoing program, Academy.

 We’ve documented and been pretty open about this trial and error all along, which brings in a lot of questions from people asking things like “how did you start ____?” or “how did you know it was the right time to ____?” or “how can I make sure I do ____ correctly?”

And we totally get it. As a business owner, you want to make sure you’re making the right decisions for your long term goals. The key word there is RIGHT. People get so focused on doing things correctly, as if there is a pre-determined playbook for building a business successfully.

The truth is, everything that we do here at GUIDE Culture has been born out of simply playing around and seeing what works. That’s why it’s called trial and error. You try something, see what works, see what doesn’t and tweak. It’s a receptive cycle until eventually something sticks.
