In episode 17 of the GUIDE Culture podcast, Macy and Loy talk about the story of Good Is Cool.
“Good Is Cool” is a phrase that came about when Macy was in high school and wanted to do all of the cool things that are other kids were doing. Loy would have conversations with Macy over and over and they came up with the phrase “Good Is Cool” to stand by whenever a decision needed to be made.
When the GUIDE Culture podcast was first published, it was actually called the Good Is Cool podcast. We transitioned the name when we rebranded to GUIDE Culture in 2019. Good Is Cool is still a mantra that we preach in the GUIDE Culture material and uphold in our brand.
