Episode 126: Your Scaling Gap

If you’re an online business owner or entrepreneur that sees clients 1:1, you may realize that a lot of your clients have the same problem, or even if they don’t have the same problem, maybe you’ve noticed that you keep giving them very similar solutions.

This is totally normal because as the professional, no matter the industry, you’re typically going to see similar types of people. That’s just how it works!

Overtime, as you grow and help people get results, you may find that you actually don’t need to see people 1:1 in order to continue helping them. So maybe you want to start a course or launch some sort of automated program to give them the same information without actually coaching or teaching them live, real time, face to face.

But then, the question of “How do I sell them on the fact that they DON’T need me 1:1?” comes up. And this is what we call your scaling gap!

Scaling is simply doing what you do on a much larger scale. So how do you do it?
