[7:08] When it comes to certain things, the more you ‘divide and conquer,’ the more you just divide and don’t learn together.

[23:50] The funnel isn’t what worked… it was everything he was doing to push people, to create the energy, the campaigning. That’s what made the funnel work.

[35:30] The opposite of grit is like the microwave. Grits on the stove are better than grits in the microwave. We are crock pot, oven cooking over here. 

[37:30] Too much availability is almost like value overwhelm. People just don’t make a decision at all. 

[51:31] If people say that you talk about what you do a lot, you better say thank you… You polarize people who are not right for you.”
